Our products are exclusively for online purchase only. Walk-in selection of goods is not possible as our goods are not displayed for walk-in selection.

Private workshops are conducted at:

• the teacher's home in Woodlands (walking distant from MRT station).

• Library project room (Bishan / Woodlands) - additional S$25 applies for each session conducted in the library.

We conduct corporate workshops only if the company can fulfill the following criteria:

• Deposit must be paid before the deadline which will be indicated in the email. At least 50% is required for the deposit.

• Number of participants must be confirmed before deposit is paid.

• Deposit is necessary for the preparation of the materials. No refund will be given if the workshop is cancelled.

• Should there be any changes in schedule, 2 weeks advance notice must be given by emailing.

• Postpone of schedule can only be done once.

• No credit payment. Once the workshop is completed, balance of payment has to be paid either by cash / cheque to the instructress.

• Absentees should find a replacement to take their place - no refund on absentees.

• Schedule is conducted during weekdays - lunch time event / 6pm / any timing not later than 6pm

Advance booking is necessary. Workshops are conducted between Monday ~ Friday (10am / 1pm / 2pm) based on the teacher's availability.

Private lessons

Deposit is paid by bank transfer (after you have received our confirmation email & bank details for the workshop). Balance of the lesson fee is paid in cash on the day of your class. Before your lesson starts, the teacher will collect the balance from you. Please remember to bring enough cash on the day of lesson.

Corporate events

Deposit is paid by cheque (details will be indicated in the email). Balance of the workshop fee is paid in cheque on the day of event.

Confirmation of lesson requires a deposit of S$50 via bank transfer. Please wait for confirmation email with bank info for payment.

Private lessons

Minimum 1 student. Maximum 4 students. The teacher concentrates only on personal coaching for private lessons. For 4 students, lesson is conducted in the library (additional S$25 per session).

Corporate lessons

Minimum 10 participants, maximum 20 participants.

All workshop sales are final. Please choose your classes wisely, and be sure to check dates before registering. There are no refunds, transfers or exchanges.
You may send someone to class to take your place. If you must send a replacement, be sure he / she meets all the pre-requisites for the workshop.

example: if you have signed up for intermediate wirework workshop, that replacement must have basic wirework knowledge.

Deposit is non refundable but you can find a replacement to attend the lesson on your behalf.

Yes, we accept children who are at least 10 years old for the workshops. They must be able to handle jewelry pliers.

Our workshops are very competitively priced and the discount is already given in the prices. So there are no more discounts.

For corporate workshops, please email us.

Orders are sent out the next business day after payment clearance. Payment has to reach us before 3pm a day before the shipment date (excluding public holidays, Saturdays & Sundays).

Example:

1. Payment received at 10am on Tuesday - goods are sent on Wednesday.

2. Payment received at 5pm on Tuesday - Goods will be sent on Thursday.
