    Our products are exclusively for online purchase only. Walk-in selection of goods is not possible as our goods are not displayed for walk-in selection.

    With our quality control, customers can be assured of a quality product, competitive price and prompt delivery. We are confident that our products should meet customer's requirements and satisfaction. You could start by ordering our assorted pack. We have many customers who started off by ordering small quantity. They are now our regulars. We have cut down on shop rentals to make our pricing competitive.

  3. Where and what time is the workshop?

     

    Private workshops are conducted at the teacher's home which is about 7mins walking distant to Admiralty MRT station. Workshop conducted at the Library project room cost an additional S$25 above the workshop fee (Bishan / Woodlands).

     

    Time: 10am / 2pm.
    Date: email with your preferred date at least 2 weeks in advance or email for the next available schedule (teacher not available on weekends & public holidays).

  4. Do you conduct corporate workshops ?
    With immediate effect, we no longer conduct corporate workshops.

  5. How early do I need to sign up for the workshop to get the dates I want ? It seems that the dates I wanted are fully booked.

     

    Advance booking is necessary. Workshops are conducted between Monday ~ Friday (10am / 2pm) based on the teacher's availability.

  6. How do I pay for the workshop / class ?
    Deposit is paid by bank transfer (after you have received our confirmation email & bank details for the workshop). Balance of the lesson fee is paid in cash on the day of your class. Before your lesson starts, the teacher will collect the balance from you. Please remember to bring enough cash on the day of lesson.

  7. How do I register for the workshops / courses ?

     

    There are 2 ways of registering, you may select any of these options:

     

    (1) Online purchase

    (2) Email

     

    Please email us for the schedule of the workshop.

     

    Confirmation of lesson requires a deposit of S$50 via bank transfer. Please wait for confirmation email with bank info for payment.

  8. What is the minimum & maximum students per class / workshop ?
    Minimum 1 student. Maximum 4 students. The teacher concentrates only on personal coaching for private lessons.

  9. What if I have signed up for the workshop & I cannot attend ?

     

    All workshop sales are final. Please choose your classes wisely, and be sure to check dates before registering. There are no refunds, transfers or exchanges.
    You may send someone to class to take your place. If you must send a replacement, be sure he / she meets all the pre-requisites for the workshop.

    example: if you have signed up for intermediate wirework workshop, that replacement must have basic wirework knowledge.

  10. Is the deposit for workshop/class refundable ?

     

    Deposit is non refundable but you can find a replacement to attend the lesson on your behalf.

  11. Are kids eligible to sign up for the workshops ?

     

    Yes, we accept children who are at least 10 years old for the workshops. They must be able to handle jewelry pliers.

  12. Are there discounts if there are more student for lesson ?
    Our workshops are very competitively priced and the discount is already given in the prices. Email us today to schedule a class at the teacher's home.

  13. When will my order be shipped ?

     

    Our shipment days are every Monday, Wednesday & Friday of the week. Payment has to reach us before 3pm a day before the shipment date (excluding public holidays, Saturdays & Sundays).

     

    Example:

    1. Payment received at 10am on Tuesday - goods are sent on Wednesday.

    2. Payment received at 5pm on Friday - goods are sent on Monday.

  15. I have not received my order sent via STANDARD MAIL, what should I do?
    SINGPOST takes approximately 3 ~ 4 working days for postal delivery (longer duration during festive holidays right before, in between or just after posting date). Upon your feedback to us, BEADSPAGE will email a scanned copy of your "certificate of posting" and you shall open an inquiry directly with SINGPOST on your delayed package. All information required will be indicated on the "certicate of posting" such as date of posting, address etc. Note: "Certificate of Posting" is not meant for tracking purposes but to show that your package had been shipped at a particular post office. Lost/delayed mails do happen and it is advisable to take up Registered Mail Service which comes with tracking facility. As indicated in our terms & conditions, BEADSPAGE will not be responsible for lost or delayed mails shipped via Standard Mail Service.

  16. Can I amend my order after I have checkout my shopping cart ?
    Should you need to edit your order after you have checkout of your shopping cart, we will assist to amend your order once. Thereafter should you wish to edit again, you will need to put in a new order & cancel your previous order. Please note that amendments are not accepted for paid orders that have been packed and are ready for shipment.
