The additional charge for registered post is SGD $2.25 or prevailing Singpost’s rate. Registered post means the postman will hand deliver the package to your doorstep and required to be signed. It is recommended to have registered mail for fast delivery and trackability as it is issued with a registration number. If nobody is at home, the postman will leave behind a delivery receipt to inform you to collect at the indicated POST Office.

8. Confirm order.
9. The payment invoice (subject title: ORDER UPDATE) will be emailed within 24hrs upon receipt of orders, during our office hours from Monday to Friday (9am ~ 5pm). Please email us if you do not receive after 24hrs upon checking out of your shopping cart.
