1. Buyers
will be notified by email on the payment details, during our business hours. If the payment invoice is not received after 24 hours from the time you checkout your shopping cart, please email us. Sometimes payment invoice are sent but not received by the buyer or it may be due to the weekends, public holiday or simply because we are closed for the day.
2. To prevent our emails from going to your spam box, please add us to your address book: sales@beadspage.com & beadspage@gmail.com.
3. Please ensure your email & shipping address are correct at the time of registration, to avoid any delay in receiving updates & shipment.
4. All orders will be reserved for a limited time period. Payment not received after the due date will be sold to another buyer. NO orders will be shipped without payment.
5. Upon receiving your payment, we will update the order status with an email to you. You may also login to your member account to check on all updates related to your orders.
6. Please note that we take a serious view on non-payment cases. To avoid termination of account, please do not checkout of your "shopping cart" if you are not ready to proceed with payment. For enquiry on shipping quotation, postal transit time & etc, email us before checking out of your shopping cart.

We accept local bank {DBS / POSB / UOB}
fund transfer and PAYPAL payments.
Fund transfer can be done through ATM and internet
banking to our POSB / DBS / UOB bank account.
We will email you our bank details (UOB account upon request).
For payment via PAYPAL, please wait for our email on the total amount payable (including PAYPAL Fees) before making any payment to our PAYPAL account.
Email us once payment has
been done.
If payment cannot be transferred in
time, inform us.
OVERSEAS
BUYER
We accept Payment by
PAYPAL and
Western Union. All prices indicated are in Singapore dollars.
To pay by Western Union, select "bank transfer" for payment method & indicate
"Payment by Western Union" under the remarks column.
Please wait for our email on the total amount payable before sending any payments to our PAYPAL account.
Do not send cash by post, we are not
responsible for lost mails. If you are paying by overseas bank counter deposit or Tele-Transfer, please inform in advance for full details to be provided (strictly no overseas ATM transfer). A bank clearance fee will be charged for incoming funds using Telegraphic Bank Transfer (please check on current prevailing rate). Buyer to absorb any other commission fees charged by their banks.
We highly recommend payment by PAYPAL or WESTERN UNION for overseas customers since the admin fee is lower than Banks.

PAYPAL can send Singapore
dollars [SGD] so there is no currency conversion required for local buyers. PAYPAL admin fee of 5.4% or S$1 will be charged on the total amount (whichever is higher).
