SHIPMENT DAYS: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY. Orders will be shipped on the next shipment day upon payment confirmation/clearance. Bulky orders require more time to pack and will be advised by email. Goods will be well protected for shipment – fragile items will have multi-layer bubble wrap before placing in their final packaging.
BEADS PAGE will not be responsible for any loss, delay or damage for orders shipped via Standard Mail Service. Our responsibility ends once the package has been dropped off at the post-office. If you are concern, please request for Registered Mail Service which is more reliable and comes with tracking facility (available at an additional fee of S$2.25 - on top of the standard shipping & handling fee). BEADS PAGE purchase "Certificate of Posting" for all standard mails but note that this is not meant for tracking purposes. Rather, it acts as a proof to show that an order has been shipped.

Shipment Method: either by SINGPOST Standard / Registered post or local courier service (above 2kg). Self-Collection of purchases is not available.

Weight cost will be calculated & emailed to buyer together with payment
details (see table for handling fee). Minimum charges for shipping & handling fee is S$1.50 (postage S$0.50 + handling S$1.00).

EXCHANGE POLICY
We try to photograph and describe our products as accurately as possible, however, color may differ from every computer screen according to your PC setting. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, mail the item* back to us in its original packaging & invoice within 7 days upon reception. We will honor your request for an exchange (except for items stated below*). We reserve the rights to reject items not in their original packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
* NOTE: free gifts, books, ebooks, sales/stock clearance items and products that are cut to measurement are not entitled for exchange.

Each item can only be exchanged once.

All returns must
be accompanied by a copy of the original
invoice.

All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered
state by registered mail / EMS. Ensure returned items are well cushioned/protected for shipment

telephone number in the package.

Returned item must be exchanged for one that is of equal or higher value. You are required to top up the difference in
