All products will be well protected for shipment – fragile items will have multi-layer bubble wrap before placing in their final packaging.

BEADS PAGE is not responsible for any loss, delay or damage for orders shipped via Standard Mail Service. Our responsibility ends once the package has been dropped off at the post-office. If you are concerned, please request for Registered Mail Service which is more reliable, faster delivery and comes with tracking facility (available at an additional fee of S$2.25 - on top of the standard shipping & handling fee).

Singapore mails

1. Shipment Method: either by Standard post / Registered post / Speedpost (more than 2kg).

2. Weight cost will be calculated & emailed to buyer together with payment details (see table for handling fee).

3. Buyer pays shipping & handling charges which will be advised by email

4. Allow 3 ~ 5 working days for local postal delivery.

5. If your order is required urgently, please request for SPEEDPOST service which is available at their current prevailing rates.

6. Please understand that S&H includes both postage and handling fee. PAYPAL Admin Fee is also applicable if payment is made via paypal (5.4% or S$1, whichever is higher).

International mails

EXCHANGE POLICY

BEADS PAGE is committed to produce & deliver quality products to your satisfaction. But in any case of dissatisfaction with any item you have purchased, simply mail it back to us with the packing & invoice within 7 days upon reception. We will honor your request for an exchange (excluding the freight charge). Free gifts and books are not entitled for exchange.

1. Each item can only be exchanged once.

2. No cash refunds are allowed.

3. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

4. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state by registered mail / EMS.

5. BEADS PAGE is not responsible for postage on returned items.

6. State clearly your name, address, order number & telephone number in the package.

7. Returned item must be exchanged for one that is of higher or equal value.  You are required to top up the difference in price.

8. No refund will be given if the value of the exchanged item is lower than the original item purchased.

9. You will bear the shipping cost for the exchange of item - either by registered mail / EMS.
